1991 GeoPrizm
Geo Prizm is a low priced vehicle that provides admirable ride quality but not
of enough leg room for taller persons at the back. It displays good mileage even
in mountainous terrains. The engine that uses premium fuel makes 23 mpg on city
and 30 mpg on a highway drive. With its performance and low price, Geo Prizm is
not a bad choice. It's a small, zippy and nice vehicle at a Toyota half price.
After the introduction of Geo Prizm in 1989, the only change for the next year's
edition was the addition of stainless steel exhaust system and black body side
moldings. It still remains as a subcompact car that features the 1.6-liter 4-cylinder
engine with 4-speed automatic transmission. Prizm is being manufactured at New
United Motors Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI) assembly plant in Fremont, California.
It is the mechanical twin of the Toyota Corolla with 75 percent women buyers.
