2000 Geo Prizm
2000 Prizm is no more a Geo. It became a part of the Chevrolet lineup in 1998.
Prizm has undergone complete redesign during that year, creating a sedan that
is larger, lighter, safer, and more powerful than the earlier ones. It is being
manufactured at NUMMI assembly plant in Fremont California, through the joint
venture of Toyota and General Motors.
It displays an American look, but it is primarily of Japanese origin. Prizm sedan
base got some changes from its predecessors including air conditioning system
which is being offered as standard, so as a 4-speaker AF/FM stereo. The LSi has
also got those items along with the slightly wider tires, power windows, rear
defroster, tilt steering wheel, and tachometer with outside temperature gauge.
